T/T, L/C etc. We accept any convenient and swift payment term.

30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.

Q: If I am going to place the order, is it necessary for me to provide you with the pouch I want to use and the samples of product I want to pack?
A:

Yes, we need to test our machine before we sell it, using the pouch and product provided by the customer. We will adjust the machine to match the size of pouch, and tackle the issues occurred during the test as possible as we can.

Q: How about after-sales service?
A:

24 hours online service, 2-5 workdays arrange air ticket for customer factor after-sales service (if necessary, customers pay the fee).

Q: How long is your delivery time?

The general delivery time is 30 days after receiving your order confirmation.
